Returns
All sales are final- due to the personalized nature of Dogwood items, I cannot accept returns. Please make sure to closely proofread all spelling and details before checking out.  I am also happy to send a proof for you to double check all details before I stitch the final item. 

Care Instructions
All linens I sell can be washed in cold water then hung to dry or with your drier on low. They will come out very wrinkled! Pro tip: medium-warm iron and spray starch & items are back to perfection. 
 
Drop offs
I do currently accept drop off items to those local customers. That being said, please note that I do my best to not have any mistakes on spelling, colors or pulls in garments.  I am human and working on a machine so if a mistake occurs Dogwood Designs LLC is not responsible to replace any damaged items.
 
Wedding and Special Event Pricing
Please reach out to me directly for large orders and receive special pricing. I LOVE tabletop and special events. I would love to collaborate and make your event as personalized as possible and happy to work with all budgets. Contact me here!
 
Turn Around Time
I do my best to meet everyone’s time goal. Currently, my turn around is 3 weeks but happy to accommodate most rush orders for a $20 rush fee.  If you need a very specific time frame please reach out to me directly to discuss or put in order details.

Custom Designs, logos digitizing
I am unique - I accept drop offs and offer digitizing. If you have a logo, a picture, animal, any item I am happy to get it digitized for your embroidery needs. This is size specific to the item you will be embroidering. The fee is $20 per item to digitize. I will keep it on file and happy to do items with the same logo moving forward. This does add an extra week to the turnaround time.
